RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We believe in the quality of our products if you are not happy with the product you have chosen or gift you received , you can return unused, unwashed, non-sale items (exceptions listed below) in their original condition with tags attached :

Within 14 days: Within 14 days of the ship date, items may be returned for a full refund to your original method of payment, less shipping costs.

Within 15-30 days: Within 15-30 days of the ship date, items may be returned for a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase.

Please note items received as gifts may be returned for a store credit or exchange. 

All returns must be accompanied by a Mudpies & Daisies Return Authorization Number (RA#). The customer must contact Mudpies & Daisies to obtain a RA# before shipping the return back to us.

Upon receipt of the above information, we will provide you with our shipping address and an exchange/return authorization number. Items must be received by Mudpies & Daisies within 10 days of receiving an exchange/return authorization number. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any packages that do not have an RA# issued by Mudpies & Daisies . The shipping charges to return an item back to us are the customer's responsibility. Please note that "Gift Wrapping" fees are non-refundable.

Some items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
All purchases of items on-sale and/or discounted are final. We cannot accept returns on special order items. We cannot accept returns on pre-order items. Items that are considered pre-order will clearly be noted on their product page. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund. Baby bottles, pacifiers, breast feeding accessories, swimwear, undergarments, hats, hair accessories are final sale.

Please note:
Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment. Credit amount for any return or exchange will be for the price of the product(s) less any applicable shipping charges; i.e. if your original order total qualified you for free shipping, but your return sets you below our free ship offer you will be credited for the item amount less the initial ship charges for that item. Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your return.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, Mudpies & Daisies is happy to replace it for you. There will be no shipping charge on replacements.
